lab1

The Woodall Research Lab is room 1123 in Ghausi Hall on the UC Davis Main Campus. Ghausi Hall is located caddy-corner to the main ECE building, Kemper Hall. The lab is a 30 x 30 ft room with extensive space for materials synthesis and characterization. In addition, there is ample student workspace and a convenient meeting area in one corner. The lab is equipped with many of the primary facilities necessary for our research including ultrapure water, compressed gas (nitrogen, argon, forming gas, air), cooling water, and ample electrical capacity. In addition, UC Davis is home to many additional resources including the Center for Nano-MicroManufacturing Opens in a new window, where we do most of our device fabrication, and the Advanced Materials Characterization and Testing Lab (AMCaT) Opens in a new window, where we do electron microscopy.
